  • Mobile phone number, if you choose to join our SMS program.
  • Message content you send us, including booking inquiries and replies to our texts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to booking inquiries, to send the messages you signed up for, and to keep the site working. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Chore Boys operates an SMS program for fans who ask to receive updates from us.

Consent and Opt-In

You may join the SMS program by submitting your mobile number through the sign-up form on our website, by scanning a QR code we display at shows or on printed material, or by texting our published number to join. In every case, joining is something you do on purpose. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing tickets, merchandise, or any other goods or services from us.

Types of Messages

  • Show announcements, including new dates, ticket on-sale notices, and venue or lineup changes.
  • Day-of-show reminders.
  • New releases, mixes, and occasional special offers.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect roughly 2 to 6 messages per month, depending on how many shows we have booked.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Chore Boys does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard rates for text messages and data will apply based on your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you any further messages unless you sign up again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.

Supported Carriers

4. Sharing Your Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers. We use vendors that help us operate, such as our website host, our form provider, and our SMS platform. They may process your information only as needed to deliver their service to us, and they may not use it for their own marketing.
